About TheCall and Unateus
TheCall is a service brand of the Unateus group of affiliated companies. TheCall is not a separate legal entity, and the Unateus group does not currently operate through one parent company.
The website and its shared enquiry channel are maintained for those affiliated companies. An enquiry is routed to the Unateus affiliate best placed to assess the requested market and service. That affiliate will identify itself in the first substantive response. Any proposal or service agreement will name the affiliate that is offering or providing the service and will contain the commercial and legal terms for that project.
General website questions can be sent to team@thecall.center. The shared team will route them to the appropriate affiliate.
Information, not a service commitment
The website describes services that may be discussed and scoped for a specific project. Its content is general information, not a binding offer, guarantee, professional advice or automatic commitment to provide a service. A project begins only under an authorised written agreement.
Enquiries
You should submit accurate information relevant to a genuine business enquiry and must not submit unlawful, harmful or third-party information without authority. Submitting the form starts a discussion; it does not create a contract or exclusive relationship.
Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, test vulnerabilities without written permission, automate abusive submissions, introduce malicious code or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
Intellectual property
Website text, design, graphics and brand material belong to the applicable Unateus affiliate or other identified owner. You may use the site for evaluating a potential business relationship, but may not copy, resell or misrepresent its material as your own without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party information
Links and cited sources are provided for context. Third parties control their own content, availability and policies. A link does not create responsibility for a third party or imply an endorsement beyond the context stated.
Availability and liability
The affiliates maintaining the website work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item remains current at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the affiliate responsible for the relevant website act or omission is not liable for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that applicable law does not permit the responsible affiliate to exclude or limit.
Privacy
Information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Customer data used in a live project is governed by the applicable service agreement and data terms.
Applicable law and changes
Using this informational website or submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a service contract with TheCall, the Unateus group or every Unateus affiliate. Because no single group entity is designated as the counterparty for all website visitors, these website terms do not select one governing law or court. Applicable mandatory law and conflict-of-laws rules continue to apply. Any project agreement will identify the contracting affiliate and its agreed governing law and dispute arrangements.
We may update these terms when the website, law or group operating arrangements change. The effective date above identifies the version currently published.
