Who is responsible

TheCall is a service brand of the Unateus group of affiliated companies. TheCall is not a separate legal entity, and the Unateus group does not currently operate through one parent company.

Website enquiries are received through a shared group channel and routed to the Unateus affiliate best placed to assess the requested market and service. The affiliate that receives and handles an enquiry is responsible for that handling and will identify itself in the first substantive response. Any company that later offers or provides a service will also be identified in the applicable written agreement.

Questions, privacy requests and requests to identify the responsible affiliate can be sent to team@thecall.center. The shared team will route the request to the appropriate affiliate. If you want to know which affiliate would handle your information before using the form, email us first without including project or personal details.

Information you submit

When you use the enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company or website, role, company type, target markets, vertical, product or offer, project stage, payment model, expected volume, service of interest, CRM or tracker, desired launch date and project details.

To protect the form and website, our infrastructure and anti-spam provider also process technical information such as the request’s network address, security signals and verification token. The enquiry database uses a pseudonymous rate-limit value instead of storing the raw network address in the enquiry record. Limited connection logs may be processed for security, diagnostics and service operation.

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, children’s information or customer lists through the enquiry form.

Attribution and website measurement

The enquiry may include the landing-page path, the referring page without its query string, and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term. Other URL parameters are not retained. These fields help us understand which page or campaign led to a relevant business enquiry. The site can store first-visit attribution in session storage during the browser session.

If optional analytics is configured, it remains disabled until you choose to allow it. The choice is stored in your browser so the site can respect it on later visits. You can reopen the analytics choices from the website footer.

Why we use it and our legal basis

The responsible affiliate uses this information to authenticate and protect the form, review your enquiry, understand the proposed project, route it within the group when necessary, respond using the contact details you provide and keep an appropriate record of the discussion.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, this processing is based on the responsible affiliate’s legitimate interests in handling genuine business enquiries, protecting the website and developing potential business relationships. If processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, that basis may also apply. You do not have to provide the information, but we cannot assess or answer an enquiry without the required fields.

The acknowledgement beside the form is not consent to unrelated marketing. We will seek an appropriate basis before using enquiry information for a materially different purpose.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in the website’s protected database for 180 days and are then removed automatically during normal system maintenance. Residual copies may remain in restricted operational backups for up to 30 additional days before they expire. Correspondence or information moved into a separate record of an active business relationship may be retained by the responsible affiliate under the policy applicable to that record, including where reasonably necessary to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Who receives it

An enquiry may be shared with personnel and Unateus affiliates that need it to identify the appropriate market team, evaluate the project, respond or manage security and administration. We do not sell website enquiry information.

Hosting, email-delivery, anti-spam, backup and optional measurement providers may process the limited information needed for their function. They act under their own terms and, where applicable, data-processing arrangements. Project customer data used in a live service is outside the scope of this website notice and is governed by the relevant service agreement and data terms.

Security and international processing

We use transport encryption, restricted administrative access, retention controls and operational backups appropriate to this website. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Unateus affiliates, team members and providers may be located in different countries, so enquiry information may be processed outside your country. The responsible affiliate must use any transfer mechanism or other safeguard required by the law applicable to its handling. You may ask for more information through team@thecall.center.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and the right to complain to an applicable data-protection authority. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may have the right to object based on your particular situation.

To make a request, contact team@thecall.center. We may need to verify your identity and route the request to the affiliate responsible for the relevant information before acting on it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, law or group operating arrangements change. The effective date above identifies the version currently published.
