Nigeria / local phone sales

A Nigeria-based sales call center for inbound leads.

Dedicated agents based in Nigeria call customers in Nigeria about leads generated for your offer. They run the client-approved sale, record permitted order changes and return the agreed status and reason. Your company may be based elsewhere; the calling team and customers are in Nigeria.

When the Nigeria team fits

Use the Nigeria team for a new offer launch, to replace an existing provider, or to add a separately measured local team to an active lead flow.

TheCall calls people who submitted an inquiry through the client's own or authorized campaign. It does not generate traffic or call bought, scraped or cold databases.

See the route for companies entering an African market.

What the agent can complete

A submitted lead is not yet a completed sale. Within the approved product, price, script and claim rules, the agent can:

  1. establish whether the customer wants to continue;
  2. explain the approved offer and handle covered objections;
  3. confirm or change the permitted product and quantity;
  4. present approved quantity upgrades or relevant add-ons;
  5. confirm the price and required order details;
  6. arrange a callback or record why the sale did not proceed.

A confirmed order means that the customer agreed the fields required by the project. It does not mean that a parcel was dispatched, delivered or paid for.

Configure the Nigeria order record

The address record must match the client's downstream workflow. It is defined before live leads arrive.

Table 1: Configure the Nigeria order record
Decision Project definition
Location detail Required state, LGA, city or area, street, landmark and postcode fields
Agent authority Values the agent may add or correct
Incomplete order Missing or conflicting detail that prevents confirmation
Returned data Final values, status and reason expected by the receiving system
Physical handoff Fulfillment or courier party responsible after the call

NIPOST's National Addressing Standard and Guidelines (opens in a new tab) is a useful reference for the field design. It does not make one field set suitable for every merchant or prove that an address is ready for delivery.

Return a result the client can use

The status map can distinguish a confirmed or changed order, requested callback, customer decline, unreachable lead, invalid contact or duplicate record. The exact definitions and correction rules are agreed before integration.

For suitable projects, lead and outcome events can return through a configured real-time API. Another reporting path can be used when it fits the operation.

Review lead intake and status exchange.

Boundaries set before launch

Agents are citizens of and physically based in Nigeria. They work through a distributed remote model and are dedicated to one client project. English customer conversations are available; any additional language, caller ID, calling window and staffing requirement is confirmed for the actual campaign.

The client owns the product, prices, claims and authority to use the lead. TheCall runs the agreed calls and returns their results. Storage, dispatch, delivery, cash collection and customer payment remain with the responsible downstream operation.
