Client
Owns the product, offer, prices, permitted claims and authority to use the lead.
Where TheCall begins
A submitted form records interest. The phone call still has to establish the customer’s decision. The customer may need to understand the offer, choose a quantity, confirm the price and address, or ask for a later call.
TheCall puts a human sales conversation behind that lead. Agents call people who submitted an inquiry through the client’s own or authorized campaign. They work within the client-approved offer and can establish interest, explain the product, handle objections, create or change an order, present permitted quantity upgrades or add-ons, and confirm the details required by the project.
Current customer markets
Every call is handled by an agent who is a citizen of, and based in, the customer’s country. The teams are distributed and remote; this is not a cross-border calling queue.
Local-language coverage, caller ID, calling windows and staffing are confirmed for each campaign.
Compare the five current marketsProject rule
Agents are assigned to one client project rather than shared across unrelated accounts. They are prepared around the product, prices, permitted claims, script, customer questions and status rules for that project.
That focus matters when a call involves more than reading an order back. A caller may question the price, change the quantity, correct an address, ask what happens next or need a callback. The agent needs the rules for that offer, not a generic answer sheet.
Team leads use project-specific checklists and structured feedback to keep execution aligned with the agreed offer, script and outcome rules.
Useful reporting maps the events and fields behind the headline rate: the accepted lead, contact attempts, customer decision, confirmed order, changed quantity, decline reason, callback or unreachable outcome.
Agreed lead and status events can move through a configured real-time API. Other reporting paths can be arranged when they fit the project.
Sample call outcome
| Event | What the record can show |
|---|---|
| Lead accepted | Project lead ID, offer, market, source/subID and validation result |
| Customer reached | Qualifying human connection recorded once, not once per attempt |
| Order confirmed | Product, quantity, price, address and other project-required details agreed |
| Order changed | Previous and current quantity or permitted add-on recorded |
| No sale | Project reason such as customer declined, price not accepted or outside delivery area |
| Excluded | Intake reason such as invalid contact data, a duplicate under the project rule or the wrong market |
| Callback | Requested time or next eligible calling window |
| Unreachable | Terminal contactability reason after the project’s agreed attempt and callback rules |

Put a dedicated local phone-sales team behind an offer you own and advertise. Keep control of the product, prices, claims and customer journey while the team handles the in-market conversation.
→Preserve offer, publisher, source and subID context. Return a status and reason that helps the network and advertiser discuss traffic and handling from the same event definitions.
→Connect the traffic source to the phone-sale outcome when your team owns the offer or has authority from the advertiser. Keep source and subID context attached to the returned result.
→Add phone-assisted selling under the client-approved store identity. Dedicated agents learn the product catalog and customer policies that apply to the call.
→Add customer calling before dispatch or around a defined delivery exception. TheCall returns the customer response; the partner retains control of storage, dispatch, delivery and cash collection.
→Category experience
Nutra and supplements are the operation’s deepest current category experience. That experience includes staying inside approved claims, answering product questions without giving medical advice, handling objections, confirming the order and recording the reason when a customer declines.
TheCall may also support other lawful product categories when the offer, lead source, call rules, volume and operating setup fit.

The core service is outbound phone sales to inbound leads generated for the client’s offer. Project-specific inbound phone support may be considered, but TheCall is not positioned as a 24/7 omnichannel help desk.
No. Agents are citizens of and based in the country whose customers they call. TheCall currently serves customers inside Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda and South Africa.
No. The client or its authorized campaign generates the inbound leads. The client must be entitled to collect, share and use that data for the agreed calling purpose.
Yes. Agents can present client-approved quantity upgrades or relevant add-ons and change order details within the project’s product, price, script and claim rules.
No. Customer behavior, traffic quality, the offer and downstream delivery all affect the final result. TheCall can commit to the agreed calling process, data return and quality controls, not a guaranteed conversion, revenue or delivery outcome.
For a suitable project in a current market, the usual target is around two weeks after the agreement and required inputs are ready. Staffing, integration, script approval, training and campaign requirements determine the actual date.
